Description The HM Machinery 1300S 4ft x 20 ga Box and Pan Brake (claw foot fingers) is a simple and easy to operate segmented brake. Lightweight, but robustly constructed, this manual machine is built for consistently folding thin sheet metal up to 20 gauge. The 12 segmented tooling sections enable the creation of box & pan, and other special profiles, along with straight bends. Precision ground tooling on the segmented nose bar, combined with cross-driven clamping and a repeat angle stop, make the 1300S capable of consistent, repeatable, and accurate bends. The 1300S Box & Pan Brake comes with floor mounting legs as standard, but can also be bench-mounted for mobile applications. Features and Benefits: Segmented tooling enables the creation of box & pan and other special profiles. Can also perform regular straight bends. Precision ground tooling creates straight, clean bends every time. Cross-driven clamping allows easy consistent material positioning . Repeat angle stop enables easily repeatable bends. Full length apron lift handles are ergonomically designed to allow easy operation. Multiple mounting options make it adaptable to many environments. - Manufacturing times for this option vary more around busier times of the year or during extreme circumstances such as covid-19 shutdowns.
– Shipping and expedited manufacturing () (U.S. Only)
- Orders using this option jump to the front of the manufacturing queue which can generally save a couple days (or more during busier times of the year).
- It’s highly recommended to use this option if you are ordering for a specific event or holiday.
- Orders using this option generally arrive 2-3 days after being manufactured and shipped. (U.S. only)
- Orders using expedited manufacturing will be printed when the next batch of orders are processed which can vary depending on seasonality and other factors.
