Description The Tin Knocker 2n1 Crimper Beader is a machine that is light weight and can perform both beading and crimping. This manual hand cranked machine is portable and works great in the field for the insulation trade where light gauge materials are used. Performs both beading and crimping operations with one setup. No tools are needed for setups. Both bead and crimp have markable surfaces to assist the operator in repeating setups. Either 1/8 inch or 1/4-inch bead sizes are available. The unit allows the head to be positioned as desired to the preference of the operator. Easily portable for job site use. SPECIFICATIONS: Maximum thickness of material processed: 0.030 in. Maximum crimp width: 1-1/2 in. Bead diameter outside, large bead: 1/4 in. Bead diameter outside, small bead: 1/8 in. Maximum distance from bead center to edge: 1-1/2 in. - Orders using this option jump to the front of the manufacturing queue which can generally save a couple days (or more during busier times of the year).
- It’s highly recommended to use this option if you are ordering for a specific event or holiday.
- Orders using this option generally arrive 2-3 days after being manufactured and shipped. (U.S. only)
- Orders using expedited manufacturing will be printed when the next batch of orders are processed which can vary depending on seasonality and other factors.
