Description The HM Machinery ZP45 Tube Deburring Machine is a single rotary wheel design, designed for deburring the inside and outside of a tube simultaneously. The ZP45 utilizes a wire wheel to debur most ferrous and nonferrous metals. 2 speed motor, spins the wire wheels between 1400 and 3300 RPM, depending on operator or material needs. Adjustable height and fore/aft wheel position to dial in ergonomics for the user. Adjustable material support to accommodate various tube sizes and profiles. Adjustable shield above the work surface to ensure operator safety. Outlet at the rear of the machine to capture dust and debris. SPECIFICATIONS: Wire Wheel: 10 in. Diameter, 1.75 in. - Orders using expedited manufacturing will be printed when the next batch of orders are processed which can vary depending on seasonality and other factors.
