Description BAILEIGH Hydraulic Metal Shear, SH-10010 Looking to shear 8’ sheets of metal without trimming? Then the Baileigh Industrial SH-10010 hydraulic metal shearis perfect for your shop. The SH-10010 features a 100″ wide cutting capacity to accommodate most sheet metal applications and is the perfect metal shear for any fabrication shop looking to increase production over a smaller machine. The SH-10010 uses powerful industrial grade hydraulics and a ground and polished metal plate construction, allowing smooth shearing through 10 gauge mild steel and 13 gauge stainless steel without blade chatter. The SH-10010 like the other Baileigh Industrial compact hydraulic shears, have the upper carriage built to minimize any deformation and the upper and lower blades have multiple shearing edges, both extend blade life and save your shop money. There are two control modes on the SH-10010, jog mode that gives the operator complete control over movement of the blade and automatic mode which, when the foot pedal is depressed, allows the machine to produce a full stoke. The SH-10010 has hydraulic hold downs that hold the sheet solidly to the table not allowing the material to lift when being sheared. The SH-10010 is like all other Baileigh Industrial metal shears, built for years of service in any shop. – Shipping and expedited manufacturing () (U.S. Only)
- Orders using this option jump to the front of the manufacturing queue which can generally save a couple days (or more during busier times of the year).
- It’s highly recommended to use this option if you are ordering for a specific event or holiday.
- Orders using this option generally arrive 2-3 days after being manufactured and shipped. (U.S. only)
- Orders using expedited manufacturing will be printed when the next batch of orders are processed which can vary depending on seasonality and other factors.
