Description The HM Machinery ZA250X Sheet Deburring Machine is a dual wheel design, with integrated dust extraction, designed for deburring the edges of sheet or plate metal up to 10mm or 3/8” thick. The ZA250X utilizes abrasive flap wheels to debur most ferrous and nonferrous materials, including mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and brass. Dual motors which rotate in opposite directions, and can debur either one edge, or both edges simultaneously with the 60 grit flap wheels. The adjustable material support accommodates a wide range of sheet sizes, allowing flexibility for different projects or fabrication needs. The top cover of the machine can be opened to grind or finish flat surfaces in addition to edge deburring. The motors have adjustable positioning, which allows the operator keeps the flap wheels in a consistent position as they wear over time. An integrated dust extraction system reduces dust and debris during deburring, and debris is collected in an easily emptied bag at the rear of the machine.
